Become a member of DownsSteam for $35 annually. Membership entitles you to reductions on merchandise, fares and receipt of a regular newsletter.
So if you feel like giving us a hand there are lots of ways you can help us build our tourist railway.
- Become a member - talk to one of our staff about joining the DownsSteam team.
- Make a donation. All financial contributions over $2 are tax deductible
- Join our community of volunteers. Do you have the skills to…?
- Restore our locomotive?
- Look after the gardens?
- Develop our museum, archive and library?
- Build and maintain our sheds and buildings?
- Advise on health and safety?
- Help staff the Drayton Diner?
- Run a railway? (We need drivers, firemen, guards, and station staff.)
- Give a bit of grunt to our track maintenance team?
- Administer and market the DownsSteam brand?
